Personalized ADHD Skill-Building Programs for Youth and Teens
At I Teach To Reach ADHD Coaching, individualized coaching is offered as a structured, educational skill-building program for ADHD youth and teens—focused on teaching practical strategies that support success in school, relationships, and daily life.
These sessions are not therapy. They are guided, evidence-informed learning experiences designed to help students understand how their ADHD brain works and how to build the skills needed to thrive.
All coaching is grounded in Dr. Anders Osborne’s Four Pillars framework:
ConnectWell™ (Social Skills), OrganizeMe™ (Time & Structure), ImpulseMastery™ (Self-Control), and FuelRight™ (Nutrition Awareness).
.
Youth Programs (Ages 6–12)
For younger students, coaching focuses on foundational skill development in a supportive, encouraging environment.
Youth sessions are designed to:
-
Build emotional awareness and self-confidence
-
Strengthen early executive function skills
-
Support organization, routines, and follow-through
-
Develop social understanding and communication skills
-
Teach age-appropriate impulse and self-regulation strategies
Sessions are interactive, structured, and developmentally appropriate—meeting each child where they are while reinforcing their strengths.
Teen Programs (Ages 13–18)
Adolescence brings increased academic demands, social complexity, and emotional pressure. Teen coaching focuses on practical strategies for independence, accountability, and self-advocacy.
Teen sessions emphasize:
-
Time management and organization for school and life
-
Study skills and academic planning
-
Emotional regulation and impulse control
-
Social navigation, communication, and peer relationships
-
Building resilience, confidence, and future-focused skills
The goal is not perfection—but competence, insight, and confidence.
.
Program Structure & Scheduling
Coaching is offered in focused skill-building series, allowing students to practice, apply, and integrate what they learn.
-
Sessions are scheduled at times that work for your family
-
Each coaching series includes four structured sessions
-
Programs are designed to support real-world transfer of skills
-
Parents are provided with guidance to reinforce learning between sessions
This approach ensures depth, continuity, and meaningful progress—rather than isolated or fragmented support.
