  • Throughout four sessions, students will embark on a journey of self-discovery and skill-building:

    • The World According to ADHD: Understand what it takes to thrive in school, home, and life with ADHD. Discover your unique strengths and how they can be harnessed for success.

    • Time Management and Organizational Skills: Learn practical strategies for managing time effectively and staying organized in both academic and personal pursuits.

    • Study Skills and Test-Taking Strategies: Decode test questions, master study techniques, and develop effective strategies for acing exams.

    • Temper Management and Impulse Control: Gain tools for managing emotions and impulses, fostering self-control and resilience.

    • Social Cues and Social Skills: Learn to navigate social interactions with confidence, understanding social cues, and building strong relationships.

        Receive a student workbook that complements the "Thriving with ADHD: A Guide To An Awesome Life" series.

 

    •   Throughout the series, Dr. Osborne emphasizes the importance of recognizing the inherent intelligence, creativity, and excitement that ADHD brings. By embracing their unique wiring, students will come to understand that being different is not a limitation but a source of strength.
